Part B – Evaluation

1. EFFECTIVENESS OF DELIVERY: Was the activity/project delivered as planned? [Questions relating to effectiveness of delivery include: did the activity/project reach the expected number of people? was it delivered in the expected time frame? did all the key stakeholders participate as expected, was the activity/project received positively by the target audience? Were resources used as expected?]
  1. Please briefly explain the steps taken to evaluate the effectiveness of delivery (e.g. monitoring of resources and outputs, development of indicators, interviews with participants/project staff, focus group discussions).
